The event, ‘From The Lens to The Runway’, has been an incredible journey filled with art, talent, and celebrations of Black British culture that we’re proud to be a part of.

Curated by the incredibly talented Emmanuel Sugo, this event has been an exploration of Black British creativity through the eyes of local artists, representing joy, freedom, and community. The series of installations have adorned Camden streets, immersing passersby in an evocative journey, celebrating the incredible achievements and contributions of Black people in Camden and across the UK.

The final event on October 28 at LABS House was nothing short of spectacular. Embracing a mission akin to LABS’, Camden Black Creatives tirelessly enrich the community with diverse creativity, mentorship, and education. Through inclusive collaborations, they spotlight sustainable commercial ventures that truly empower artists, businesses, and freelancers.
