We offer four membership types: Roaming, Private, Enterprise, and a limited number of Dedicated Desks at Hawley Lock (maximum two per company).

Roaming memberships are limited to three per company. We also offer flexible Day Passes.

No, your first month will be pro-rated. Going forward, your billing date will align with the day your membership starts. Roaming and Private memberships are billed monthly through the LABS App

All LABS locations are open 24/7 to members. Meeting rooms are available at all times to members and during booked slots for non-members. 
 Reception hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. 


Please note: Non-members do not have access to communal lounge areas unless they book a Day Pass. 

Our community and front desk team is available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We also have security staff outside those times. 

LABS is pet-friendly, though some locations may have restrictions. Please check with your General Manager before bringing your pet. We ask that pets do not disturb other members and are always cleaned up after. 

Private Office members can use their LABS address to receive post and deliveries.

This service is not available to Roaming or Day Pass members. Please let the community team know if you’re expecting anything.

Absolutely. Non-members can book meeting rooms via the website for a minimum of 30 minutes. Fees apply. 

LABS members have access to:

  • High-spec printers
  • Bike storage, showers, and changing rooms
  • On-site gym facilities
  • Complimentary refreshments

Depending on your membership plan, you may have access to:

  • Cloud desktops and storage
  • The LABS app
  • VOIP, VLAN, conference numbers, private networks, and dual-connectivity Wi-Fi
